Talking Books and Braille Center This free service provides the following to registered users: Books, magazines, and playback equipment Materials mailed directly to and from the user Free Matter for the Blind Toll free number to contact the Talking Book Service Resources to help select titles of interest. Get a Library Card The BLINC card gives access and borrowing privileges to the entire Burlington County Library System. You can sign-up for a card at the Librarian's desk - bring a Photo ID and parental permission if you are under 18.
